 O n e   o f   t h o s e   d a y s   t h a t   y o u   j u s t   l o o k   i n   t h e   m i r r o r   a n d   s a y   " m a n   w h e r e   d i d   t i m e   g o ? "     A l l   t h e   s u d d e n   i t   h i t s   y o u . . . . I   h a v e n ' t   d o n e   e v e n   h a l f   o f   w h a t   I   h a d   i n   m y   m i n d   a c c o m p l i s h   i n   t h a t   p r e c i s e   m o m e n t   t h e   l i g h t   b u l b   t u r n s   o n   a n d   w a l l a !   F r u s t r a t i o n   g e t s   h o l d   o f   y o u ! ! ! 

 T h a t   d a y   c a m e   t o   m e   I   w a s   a r o u n d   4 3   y r s   o f   a g e   m o r e   o r   l e s s   d u   I   k n o w   I   j u s t   l o o k e d   a n d   s a i d   w h a t   t h e   @ $ & %! !   I ' m   I   d o i n g ! !     I   h a d  gone t h r o u g h   v a r i o u s   p r o b l e m s   a n d   h a d   b e e n   f i g h t i n g   w i t h   f r u s t r a t i o n ,   a n g e r   a n d   I   w a s   s c a r e d   t o   b e   m y s e l f ,   t h e   w o m e n   G o d   w a n t e d   m e   t o   b e !   I   w a s   d e p e n d e n t   e m o t i o n a l l y   a n d   h a d   s t o p p e d   g r o w i n g .     I   w a s   l i v i n g   a n o t h e r   p e r s o n s   l i f e   a n d   d r e a m s !   I   e v e n   w a s   l i v i n g   t h e i r   p a s t i m e   n o t   m i n e !   I   h a d   l e t   a n o t h e r   p e r s o n   i n v a d e   m y   s p a c e .   I   w a s   i n   t h e   t r a m p   o f   b e i n g   a   S u p e r w o m a n   n o t   h a v i n g   t i m e   f o r   m e ! !   I n   t h o s e   y e a r s   I   d e v e l o p e d   a   c h r o n i c     h o a r s e n e s s   s p e c i a l l y   m a n i f e s t e d   i n   p r e s e n c e   o f   t h a t   p e r s o n   a n d   i n   d i f f i c u l t   s i t u a t i o n s .   I   h a d   l e t   m y s e l f   b e   i n v a d e d   a n d   b e i n g   w a l k e d   o v e r   l i k e   a   c a r p e t .   E v e r y o n e   i n   t h e   f a m i l y   m a d e   f u n   o f   t h a t   c r o a k   i n   m y   t h r o a t .   U g h   h a t e   i t !   W h e n   I   f i n a l l y   d e c i d e d   t o   t a k e   s t e p s   t o w a r d s   b e i n g   m e   a n d   t h r o u g h   c o n s t a n t   t h e r a p y   I   l e a r n e d   w h a t   t h e   c a u s e   w a s !   Y e p   i t   w a s   t h a t   p e r s o n   b y   m e !   W h e n   I   t o o k   t h a t   s t e p   t o w a r d s   m y   e m o t i o n a l   i n d e p e n d e n c e   t h e   c r o a k i n g   h a s   b e e n   l e s s ! ! !   O n e   t h i n g   I     l e a r n e d   i t   i s   a l l e r g y   a n d   t h e   o t h e r   w a s   e m o t i o n a l   s t r e s s   t h e   c a u s e s   n o w   I ' v e   l e a r n e d   t o   d e a l   w i t h   i t   a n d   m a d e   i t   l e s s   i n v a d i n g !

Life Makovers?!

A makeover is a term applied to changing one\'s appearance, sometimes through cosmetics. Makeovers can range from something as simple as a new haircut, to the use of cosmetic surgery, to the extreme of the implantation of dental veneers, eye-color-changing contact lenses, and the use of appearance-altering gastric bypass surgeries, providing massive, permanent fat loss in obese persons, and the associated plastic surgeries, such as abdominoplasty, to eliminate the resulting loose-hanging skin. Life Makovers is to change to improve ones life.

I ran into a book this morning that I had bought the year 2002 titled " Life Makovers" by Cheryl Richardson. Bought me memories! OMG!! I have read and started quite a lot of methods and books on how to improve my life as mom, as wife as women all that I have been able to get my hands tried almost all. Ugh so crazy now that the years have passed by but in that moment it was very important to me! 

I was constantly struggling to be a great wife so my then husband would love me and stop being so mean and disrespectful to me. This book in particular which by the way is a good book, was a workbook,guide to change in 52 weeks. Well yes I started it but as I look on to the pages looks like I didn't finish.  Like many things I just did not finish! 

Well yep you know something that I just discovered when I opened that book! Yep! I had an aww moment! I think I heard Angels singing! All is rounded up to this : I was trying to change for the wrong reason! Yes I wanted to please a person that didn't give a penny for me! He didn't respect me much less love me! I had the wrong motivation! 

Yep I had dreams I had inspiration but all was focused to the wrong person! When you want changes to improve it has to be centered in you! You have to change for you! The greates motivation is God who never fails and you cause if you don't love yourself first you can't do much to others!

I had to go out and find myself!! Uuuuuu tough journey hu? Learned that what was missing in my life was Me! The makeover was to take place inside of me! I had to leave behind all that was taking and draining my life and find my path, find my lost dreams and refocus on my life journey. That is when I truly discovered a passage in the word of God that I use a lot. For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29:11 NIV) . I received a Devine annointment when I read this for the million time in my life that special moment is when I realized that the Lord has greater plans in store for me, for us! That is when my Life Makover started to take place. 

So you can diet, exercise, take diet pills do so may rituals but if you got the wrong motivation you ain't going nowhere my beautiful friend! 

Had to learn that we are truly important to God! You are important! You are beautiful! You are worth it! You don't have to please others just trust the Lord and give Him your life and He will give you a true Life Makeover! Promise you that you'll never look back, you'll never be the same! He has the most wonderful life ahead for you!!

Friendship

Friendship is a relationship between two people who hold an affection for each other.

Today after doing my step classes I went to visit the girls also known as my friends and had an awesome experience. I felt so humbled in the way they received me so happy and celebrating that now I truly feel that I have some of the most awesome friends!

I thank the Lord for being so good to me and bringing such wonderful women in this age and moment of my crazy life! I truly laughed when One of the girls made even fun of how I enter the places I go . It was funny for me to laugh at myself , made me feel hole ..

I never thought how great it is to have true and awesome friends. Ever since my experience with my ex husband I was not letting any friends into my life . I had shut that area cause all the pain I endured and the shame I felt when my then girlfriend told me that my then husband was her love of her life. Even now I feel like my body is feeling shameful but I have learned that it's art of the healing process! And I definitely and coming through. Today was a breaking point for me while I was laughing and having fun on account of me and my big and sexy butt!

The best friend we all can have is Jesus Christ our savior but as humans we need to socialize and share our happy and our sad moments! that's why God created friends!

Friends are to laugh with and to laugh at! God has placed some awesome women in my path that are true friend like we can read in Proverbs 17.17 Loves at all time! I thank God for each friend I have made throughout these years and those who have rekindled through Facebook and through my exercises!

Friends are to cherish and to savor the moments with!

Thank you God for my friends who have the most greatest and hottest friend in the world......Me!!!

Christmas in July!!!

I looove to receive gifts!  Well who doesn't? I looove Christmas gifts!!!! So yes I love to blessed by God!! To be blessed is to be favored by God. A favor from God is when we are treated much better than expected.


This past month of July I recieved doble blessings from God. I call them my blessings from God cause I was not expecting them well mybe one wich I was praying for it, but they came unexpected.


Well some may know that my son went off  to Atlanta to study at Life Universay. (yay at last!!!)yes but it causes some stress on a mom who has to go through the empty nest syndrome,...again..... so God touchd a awesome friend of mine and her daughter and one night they appeared with a special gift!! Yes my yorkie whom I named Chispie!!!  What a plasent and awesome gift from God!! I haven't got time for  empty nest syndrome!! All  I have is pictures all over the net of Chispie!!

She is everywhere! This is one of my Christmas gifts! Th other gift Iwas expecting it on Christmas day!!! Yessss! My Ipad!!! OMG!!! So cool!! Well for me it is an awesome  blessing! Was not expecting it!! But kind of needed it!!  So the Lord gave me my Christmas present in July!! or June don't remember too well but I am one happy gir!!

I celebrate  every single gift I get and when it's from the Lord it is more louder!! God gives us unexpected blessings to see us clebrate and cheer us up in times of needs!! But the best gift is that He sent us His son Jesus to die for us in th cross to redeem us from our sins!! That is the best gift of all!! That is why I celebrate Christmas in July or any other month because I celebrate Jesus!!


So  com on and celebrate with me!! Celebrate Christ in July! in August and always!! Love ya Lord for all the gifts you have given and all the ones that ar on the way!

Perseverance

Such a complicated word! Not easy state of mind! It takes time and courage to keep on waiting till what God has promised comes around! We all have a purpose in this life sometimes it comes around fast but other times it takes more working on it to see it come to be! 

God has awesome plans which He reveals to some of us and other moments it takes time for us to find out what it is! Take your time, learn form your life lessons and find out your purpose in life! I know it's not easy well I had to look out and find out my purpose in life and the most hardest job is Persevere! It takes our time! (passes by fast!) It takes a good state of mind! (mine got lost in space!) It takes courage! ( still looking for mine!) But the greatness of all is if you practice perseverance you'll get somewhere! I know I'm getting there! Obstacles will come! Discouragement is always there! But only by God's grace we will get there!

So please don't give up on anything! I'm trying to get to my half marathon, obstacles, difficulties and discouragement have come on the way but I know that I will get there!

Our blessing is right around the corner! You are going to get there! Believe it! Persevere! Don't give up! You will see it come to happen!!

Remember  God's word:

1 Corinthians 9:24 Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one receives the prize? So run that you may obtain it. ( I'm going for it!!! Half marathon here I come!!)

You have to persevere to the finish line! Don't give up! Get there!! Your prize is waiting for you!!

God has the best waiting for you at the finish line!!

I'm Back!!!

Well it's been a while since I've been at my blog sight! Thought of not writing but put on my creating mode!
Well the truth is that I had my laptop going through a painful process till finely it went RIP! It's not easy losing such a close friend...my laptop! It was a gift that my hubby Mario gave me for my birthday and believe it or not he insisted taking it to a friend and well...lost my dear and beloved laptop! Now I am using Mario's and hopeful getting used to it!

It's like everything else we lose got to go through a process! I felt like a guy when something happens to his beautiful new car that he worships, we were good friends! When you lose somebody or something important in your life it is important to pass through your process, sometimes we want to pass it real fast but it's good to take the steps of grieving. So I grieved through my loss! But the best is that you are able to rise up and shine!

I'm back again to post my blog and keep telling all you wonderful women of God that you are a special creation and you deserve to rise and shine and come back to life! God always has better and greater things for you in life! I am waiting for my new Apple Laptop that I am working on! Well that will be part of my new posts.

I am working on getting more fit to participate on a half marathon and one of the prizes that I will receive from Mario will be my laptop! So hopefully I'll get the money to sign up for the Run Like a Diva Half Marathon on November and will be posting more about the process of getting trained for that moment! So definitively I am back and in full trotting mode!

Remember God has plans for you! His plans are the best for you always! I'm back and I'm ready to motivate you!!
